After a long day of skiing you can relax in the indoor swimming pool, the sauna or the fitness center, which is only two minutes away. The village bus stop is only 50 meters, the ski-bus stop 250 meters away from our house and it only takes you 5 minutes to get to our nearby shopping facilities.

The entrance point of our cross-country skiing trails is 5-7 minutes away from our first house. Our second house in the Häuselhofstraße is located directly at the cross-country ski run. You should also go and try out the brand new four-season "Alpine Coaster Maisiflitzer". With this wide range of activities, you can surely look forward to a great time here in Kaprun.
